The only travel service introducing you to Belgrade & Serbia with care and affection!

Terms & Conditions

General Conditions

If you intend to use services offered in this Web site, please read the page carefully and completely before making your booking. This will be part of our agreement with you, so feel free to check all details with us!

Prices, Deposit, Payment
All local taxes are included. No hidden extras: the price you get is the price you pay.
A deposit is requested only for tour packages.
Gratuities for guides/drivers are not included in the price but, as with all services, any gratuity should reflect client satisfaction and is entirely at the client's discretion.

Booking
We encourage you to book our services directly, well in advance.
If staying in a Belgrade hotel, your Head Hall Porter or Chief Concierge will probably not care to make the reservation of our tours for you. They are likely to suggest that ' they can call a friend' (in fact: personally selected taxi driver) to 'guide' you around. In that case, please do not hesitate to call us on 063 854.26.48 or 446.11.53 and book our professionally guided tours.
In case of a last-minute booking (less than 48 hours before the service) please phone instead of emailing.

Pick up service
Complimentary pick up & drop off service from wherever you choose, inside city limits, for all our tours with exception of a walking tour. For the latter we can arrange your transfer at a very good rate.

Cancellation
Sightseeing tours, Excursions, Transfers, Guide services
No cancellation fee is to be paid if the tour/service is canceled at least 24 hours before requested departure time. For late cancellations (within 24 hours), 50% of the tour rate will be charged.
Tour packages, Hotel accommodation
Should it become necessary to cancel tour packages, each case will be individually considered and an equitable refund will be made after calculating the costs incurred by hotels, operators and their agents. The minimum cancellation fee is 4.000 dinars (c
. EUR  50.00).

Responsibility clause
(This is a general statement).
The provider of services stated above and in this Web site shall not be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any service resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God or from any other cause beyond the provider's control ("unforeseen circumstances"), or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other documents. The provider of services shall not be or become liable or responsible for any additional expense or liability sustained or incurred by the purchaser as a result of the forgoing causes.

Baggage
Baggage is at owner's risk throughout the tour. Small articles (sunglasses, caps etc.), coats, wraps, cameras, bags, and other hand baggage are entirely under the care of the participant, who is cautioned against the risk attached to these being left in conveyances or at places of stops, coffee-breaks, rests and visits.

Subject to change
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. In case of alterations or fluctuations in fares, hotel tariffs or other items booked on behalf of clients these costs will be to the clients account.
The program of each tour is subject to change in case of extremely bad weather (for walking tours), low water level (cruises) or for any other reason of higher force i.e. any reasons beyond the provider's control.
The desire of Mr. Branko Rabotic is to personally conduct each tour. However, if a scheduling conflict arises, he will make every effort to secure another expert and knowledgeable local guide.

Other languages
For guiding in languages other than English or Greek, the rates quoted in this offer may not be applicable. In such cases, please ask about rates for any specific language.

Clothing
Entrance to Churches and Monasteries on our tours requires respectful attire. Please remember to be properly dressed: no shorts, no uncovered shoulders.

Please note:
Guiding by unauthorized persons is prohibited by Tourism Law in Serbia!
When in Belgrade, avoid using anonymous and non-licensed persons as your local guide. Make sure you always use licensed guides: this is your best guarantee that the guide you hire is informed, professional, and trustworthy. In keeping with regulations, each licensed guide must wear his/her official Guide badge and license. Ask to see a license if you are in doubt!
